Job summary

Alpha Iota BPO is seeking a marketing/CRM assistant in Jakarta Pusat to coordinate cross‑functional workflows and help craft promotional campaigns. You will liaise between Operations, Customer Service, and internal teams, maintaining project docs, timelines, and progress reports.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in eCommerce or marketing, experience with CRM tools Fasttrack/Smartico, basic HTML, and strong communication. This role offers growth in a fast-paced environment with collaborative teams.
