Job summary

PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia is seeking an Engineering support candidate to assist in qualification of materials and evaluation of new or alternative components. You will test and qualify materials, monitor issues during NPI, and participate in RCA activities to drive corrective actions.

The role requires hands-on testing, analysis, and collaboration with the PE and production teams, including early prototype builds (EVT/DVT) and pilot runs on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• Good command of Indonesian and English.
• Experience supporting NPI activities, including prototype builds, pilot runs, and production ramp-up.
• Experience in material qualification, product validation, and engineering evaluations.
• Experience in process troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improve product quality.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job description

To support PE on qualification of Materials.

Support the PE in evaluating, testing, and qualifying new or alternative raw materials and electronic/mechanical components.

Support PE on Monitoring and solving issue during NPI.

Conduct comprehensive functional tests, reliability tests (e.g., thermal, drop, or stress testing), and physical evaluations to ensure strict compliance with internal and industry standards.

Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for early production failures and help implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Actively monitor pilot runs and trial builds on the production floor alongside the PE to ensure processes align with engineering guidelines.

Assist in the hands-on assembly of initial product prototypes (EVT/DVT stages).

Requirements
