Job summary

Boga Group is seeking an experienced Project Planner/Manager to plan and manage interior fit-out projects across F&B and commercial concepts in Tangerang.

You will coordinate with users, contractors, vendors and external parties, monitor progress, budget and quality, and ensure delivery according to design and standards. On-site work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in commercial interior, retail, or F&B projects.
• Experience in F&B projects and site coordination.
• Solid understanding of MEP works.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Project.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial interior, retail, or F&B projects.

Experienced in handling F&B projects and site coordination.

Good understanding of MEP works.

Strong experience in external stakeholder coordination.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work on-site and travel for projects when required.
