Job summary

Boga Group is seeking an energetic Learning & Development professional to design and deliver engaging training programs across classroom, online, and blended formats. You will manage the LMS, create e-learning content, and explore advanced learning technologies such as AI tools and VR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Educational Technology, HRM, IS, Communication, Creative Design, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Moodle.
• VR implementation knowledge is a plus; online learning instructional design familiarity is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Willing to work as a Daily Worker with Monday–Friday hours, 8h per day.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Educational Technology, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, Communication, Creative Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design.
• Experienced in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Moodle.
• Knowledge of online learning instructional design and Virtual Reality (VR) implementation is an advantage.
• Digital-literate with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Willing to work as a Daily Worker (DW) with working hours equivalent to regular staff, Monday–Friday, with 8 working hours per day.
