Job summary

Kopi Kenangan is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee cafe/retail store fit-out and construction projects from planning through handover in Jakarta. The role requires managing multiple projects, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timelines are met.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project supervision in retail or F&B, with a diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Supervisor in retail or F&B.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Able to prepare and modify working drawings, including single-line electrical diagrams.
• Experience managing multiple store fit-out or construction projects simultaneously.
• Familiar with construction drawings, site coordination, quality control, project documentation, and MEP coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong project management, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and develop S-curves to track planned versus actual construction progress.
• Willing to travel frequently for site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store fit-out and construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, budget, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review and interpret construction and technical drawings.
• Coordinate MEP works and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress updates.
