Job summary

• Minimum 2 years as a Project Supervisor, preferably in retail or F&B multi-site fit-outs.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with ability to review, interpret, and modify drawings including single-line electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Site Supervision: Manage store fit-out and construction from handover to completion and launch.
• Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination: Liaise between contractors, consultants, landlords, and internal teams.
• Progress, Quality & Budget Control: Monitor quality, costs, and safety to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Technical & MEP Execution: Interpret drawings, coordinate MEP installations, ensure design compliance.
• S-Curve & Schedule Management: Maintain detailed schedules and track progress against baselines.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare progress reports, site logs, punchlists, and handover docs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education & Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Supervisor, preferably within the retail or F&B industry managing multi-site fit-outs.
• Technical & CAD Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to review, interpret, and modify technical working drawings, including single-line electrical diagrams.
• Project Tracking & Control: Experienced in preparing project schedules, monitoring site progress, and developing S-curves to track planned versus actual construction milestones.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, MEP coordination, site safety requirements, and landlord compliance.
• Mobility & Soft Skills: Willingness to travel frequently for on-site supervision, paired with strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Job Role:

• Progress, Quality & Budget Control: Closely monitor construction quality, project costs, and site safety standards to ensure on-time delivery within approved budgets.
• Technical & MEP Execution: Interpret technical drawings, coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations, and ensure full compliance with design specifications.
• S-Curve & Schedule Management: Maintain detailed project schedules, build S-curves to track progress against baselines, and implement recovery plans for potential site delays.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, maintain site logbooks, manage punchlists, and finalize handover documentation.
