Job summary

Kopi Kenangan is seeking a proactive, site-savvy Project Supervisor to oversee coffee store fit-outs from initial planning through final handover. You will master AutoCAD working drawings and manage multi-site construction projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Architecture/Civil Eng/Interior Design, have at least 2 years in project supervision, and can travel frequently for on-site oversight, coordinating with contractors, landlords,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as a Project Supervisor, preferably in retail or F&B multi-site fit-outs.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with ability to review, interpret, and modify drawings including single-line electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Site Supervision: Manage store fit-out and construction from handover to completion and launch.
• Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination: Liaise between contractors, consultants, landlords, and internal teams.
• Progress, Quality & Budget Control: Monitor quality, costs, and safety to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Technical & MEP Execution: Interpret drawings, coordinate MEP installations, ensure design compliance.
• S-Curve & Schedule Management: Maintain detailed schedules and track progress against baselines.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare progress reports, site logs, punchlists, and handover docs.
