Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Construction) to oversee projects from planning through completion. The role demands delivering safety, schedule, and quality on time and within budget.

You will manage work plans, master schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while leading site teams and coordinating with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/architectural or related field.
• 3+ years in construction with at least 1 year in PM or equivalent.
• Experience with high-rise, industrial, commercial, or residential projects.
• Strong command of CM, QC, cost, scheduling, and risk management.
• Able to read drawings, specs, BOQ, and contract docs.
• Fluent English; Mandarin a plus; willing to work at sites across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, control and close construction projects to meet targets.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager (Construction) to oversee, manage, and lead construction projects from planning through completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, control, and close out construction projects according to quality, cost, and time targets.
• Develop project work plans, master schedules, resource allocation, and project budgets.
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including Site Engineers, Supervisors, QC, HSE, Surveyors, Logistics, and Subcontractors.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, execution methods, contracts, and standards.
• Control project progress, manage schedule baselines, and implement corrective actions for delays.
• Monitor material, equipment, labor usage, and project expenditures to optimize cost efficiency.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions for technical and operational challenges.
• Coordinate directly with Project Owners, Consultants, Main Contractors, and Subcontractors.
• Lead project coordination meetings and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to executive management.
• Ensure full implementation of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) standards on-site.
• Manage variation orders (VO), project claims, scope changes, and contractual documentation.
• Oversee site inspections, testing, commissioning (if applicable), and hand-over procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience, with at least 1 year as a Project Manager or equivalent position.
• Proven track record handling high-rise, industrial, commercial, warehousing, hospitality, healthcare, or residential projects.
• Strong command of construction management principles, quality control, cost management, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proficient in reading working drawings, technical specifications, BOQ, RAB, and contract documents.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (for reviewing drawings).
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken). Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Willing to be placed at project sites across Indonesia as operationally required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing medium to large-scale construction contract values.
• Background working with national or international main contractors.
• Solid understanding of Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP coordination.
• Valid SKK Konstruksi certificate for the relevant level/field.
