Job summary

PT JAYA MULIA PERKASА is seeking a seasoned Project Sales professional to develop and execute national strategies. You will identify opportunities in buildings and construction, manage end-to-end project pipelines, and lead tender, pricing, and negotiations while cultivating relationships with developers, contractors, and government stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and market segmentation skills, with a proven track record in team management and a broad industry

Qualifications

• Minimal 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably building materials/construction.
• Strong understanding of project sales & market segmentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Established network with developers, contractors, consultants, or related industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national project sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets based on assigned segments and areas.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities in buildings & construction sector
• Manage project pipelines from initial stage to closing
• Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, and government stakeholders
• Lead tender, negotiation, pricing, and commercial processes
• Monitor sales performance, including sales volume, margin, and closing rate
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Project Sales team
