Job summary

PT JAYA MULIA PERKASА in Indonesia is seeking a Project Sales Leader to develop and execute national sales strategies for identified segments and areas, aiming to hit volume and revenue targets in the building and construction sectors.

You will identify new project opportunities, manage pipelines from prospect to close, lead tendering and negotiations, monitor performance, and develop the Project Sales team, while building strong relationships with developers, contractors and government

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering.
5-10 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably building materials/construction.
Strong understanding of project sales & market segmentation.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven experience in team management.
Established network with developers, contractors, consultants, or related industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute national project sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets based on assigned segments and areas.
Identify and develop new project opportunities in buildings & construction sector
Manage project pipelines from initial stage to closing
Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, and government stakeholders
Lead tender, negotiation, pricing, and commercial processes
Monitor sales performance, including sales volume, margin, and closing rate
Lead, supervise, and develop the Project Sales team
