Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction/infrastructure.
• Experience leading a sales team (1–2+ years).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor and evaluate the sales team to achieve targets and business objectives.
• Develop sales strategies and identify new opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and precast industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and report sales performance.
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee preparation of quotations, follow up on tenders, and monitor project progress from inquiry to order realization.
