Job summary

ROCA Indonesia mencari tenaga penjualan proyek untuk wilayah Bali. Peran ini fokus pada sourcing & penetrasi proyek konstruksi, menjalin hubungan dengan arsitek dan desainer, serta memastikan ROCA masuk dalam spesifikasi material proyek.

Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan tim logistik dan distributor lokal, melakukan presentasi teknis, serta mencapai target penjualan bulanan dan tahunan di Bali.

Responsibilities

• Identifikasi, pemetaan, dan pendekatan terhadap proyek konstruksi dan renovasi di Bali (hotel, resor, vila mewah, rumah sakit, apartemen, dan proyek komersial lainnya).
• Spec-in: membangun kesamaan spesifikasi material dengan arsitek, desainer interior, ME consultants, kontraktor, dan pemilik proyek agar produk ROCA masuk dalam spesifikasi.
• Hubungan klien: bangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan arsitek, desainer, dan kontraktor lokal di Bali.
• Negosiasi & Penjualan: buat penawaran harga, presentasi teknis produk, negosiasi, dan tutup penjualan.
• Koordinasi Proyek: bekerja sama dengan logistik, layanan purna jual, dan distributor lokal untuk kiriman tepat waktu.
• Analisis Pasar: pantau tren properti dan pariwisata Bali, pesaing, buat laporan ke manajemen tentang proyek.
• Pencapaian Target: bertanggung jawab memenuhi target bulanan dan tahunan untuk wilayah Bali.

Job description

• Project Sourcing & Penetration: Identify, map, and approach new construction and renovation projects in Bali (such as hotels, resorts, luxury villas, hospitals, apartments, and other commercial developments).
• Product Specification (Spec-in): Engage and educate key decision-makers—including architects, interior designers, mechanical-electrical (ME) consultants, contractors, and project owners to ensure Roca sanitary products are included in project material specifications.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with a network of local architects, designers, and contractors in Bali.
• Negotiation & Sales: Prepare price quotations, conduct technical product presentations, handle commercial negotiations, and secure sales agreements (closing).
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with logistics teams, after-sales service departments, and local distributors to ensure timely product delivery and the smooth handling of project-related inquiries or issues.
• Market Analysis: Monitor property and tourism market trends in Bali, track competitor activity in the sanitaryware sector, and provide regular reports to management regarding potential and ongoing projects.
• Target Achievement: Take full responsibility for meeting monthly and annual sales targets established by the company for the Bali region.
