Job summary

PT Omega Padma Indonesia is seeking a Project Sales professional for Data Center (Raised Floor & Ceiling) solutions in Jakarta. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, delivering presentations, negotiating, and closing project deals for raised floor and ceiling systems in Data Center and related construction projects.

You will engage with Owners, Consultants, Contractors, and System Integrators, manage tender processes, and coordinate with engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience as Sales/Project Sales/Sales Engineer, especially in Data Center or related construction.
• Experience handling project-based sales and tender processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willing to travel for business and project visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities and Data Center projects
• Conduct sales visits and build relationships with Data Center Owners, Consultants, Main Contractors, MEP Contractors, Architects, and System Integrators
• Market Raised Access Floor, Data Center Flooring, Ceiling System, and related products
• Identify customer needs and provide product solutions aligned with project requirements
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers/consultants
• Participate in tender processes, quotation, negotiation, and closing/PO
• Follow up and monitor sales pipeline and project development
• Coordinate with Engineering/Technical teams to provide solutions and product specifications
• Conduct project site surveys as needed
• Monitor market prices, competitors, and Data Center project developments

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years experience as Sales / Project Sales / Sales Engineer, particularly in Data Center, Raised Floor, Ceiling, Building Material, Construction, MEP, or Interior / Fit-Out
• Experience handling project-based sales and tender processes
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to build networks with Owners, Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers
• Basic ability to read project drawings/specifications (valued)
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up capabilities
• Able to work independently and within teams
• Willing to travel for business and project visits
• Personal vehicle and driving license A/C (valued)
