Job summary

Markov Construction in Bali seeks a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier negotiations, and end-to-end purchasing for multiple active projects. The role requires hands-on Bali procurement experience, strong vendor networks, and a thorough understanding of construction materials and delivery coordination.

Reporting to the Directors, you will manage supplier databases, evaluate quotations, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring timely orders and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in construction.
• At least 1 year of construction-procurement work in Bali.
• Practical knowledge of construction materials, quotations, lead times and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable suppliers for construction materials, tools, equipment and other project needs.
• Maintain and expand a Bali supplier network for ongoing projects.
• Evaluate new suppliers based on price, quality and delivery reliability.
• Prepare purchase orders with clear specs, quantities, prices and terms.
• negotiate terms and ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier databases for tracking.
