Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Project Officer (Engineer) to oversee end-to-end project execution for our growing property footprint, including retail stores, warehouses, and high-rise facilities in Jakarta. You will supervise on-site work, coordinate with contractors, and ensure designs are implemented safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires a Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 3 years of project execution experience in property development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project execution or construction management.
• Experience with retail, warehouse, high-rise or complex property projects.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• On-site supervision and contractor coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project execution plans, timelines, and technical documentation.
• Manage contractor coordination, tender processes, and vendor evaluation.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with approved design, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct regular on-site supervision and spot checks to ensure construction is running properly.
• Coordinate with QA and internal stakeholders to maintain safety and quality standards.
