Job summary

Blibli is seeking an Operations Property Planning & Development Senior Officer in Jakarta Pusat to lead upstream project planning, feasibility reviews, and cost evaluation. You will collaborate with architects, MEP, and finance control teams to ensure property developments are well-planned before execution.

The ideal candidate has a Civil/Structural Engineering background with 5+ years' experience in large-scale facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural planning or property development.
• Experience handling large-scale projects (high-rise, warehouse, retail expansion).

Responsibilities

• Develop planning concepts with consultants and internal teams for development, renovation, reconstruction, and maintenance projects.
• Review structural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze and review RAB and cost estimations for property projects (retail, warehouse, high-rise).
• Provide technical recommendations and value engineering insights to optimize cost and structural efficiency.
• Conduct periodic spot checks to ensure execution aligns with approved planning and structural intent.
