Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing construction or renovation projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and scope management.
• Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Solid understanding of HSE principles and their application on site.
• Proficient in project management tools and progress reporting.
• Strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
• Able to work on-site full time.

Responsibilities

• Define project targets and develop effective, efficient execution strategies
• Prepare comprehensive project plans covering timelines, budgets, and scope of work — including submitting material and equipment requests to procurement
• Lead and manage the overall project team across all phases
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, local communities, stakeholders, and relevant authorities (as required)
• Prepare progress reports and ensure project completion before contract deadlines, with results meeting quality standards
• Control project budgets and risks, and make key decisions when critical issues arise
