Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Project Officer (Engineer) to oversee end-to-end project execution for our growing property footprint, including retail stores, warehouses, and high-rise facilities in Jakarta. You will supervise on-site work, coordinate with contractors, and ensure designs are implemented safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires a Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 3 years of project execution experience in property development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project execution or construction management.
• Experience with retail, warehouse, high-rise or complex property projects.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• On-site supervision and contractor coordination experience.

As a Project Officer (Engineer) , you will focus on end-to-end project execution, contractor coordination, timeline management, and on-site supervision. This role ensures that every approved design is implemented properly, safely, and within budget.

What You’ll Do

Prepare detailed project execution plans, timelines, and technical documentation.

Manage contractor coordination, tender processes, and vendor evaluation.

Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with approved design, budget, and timeline.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (MEP exposure is a plus).

Minimum 3 years of experience in project execution or construction management.

Strong understanding of construction workflows, budgeting, and contractor coordination.

Experience handling retail, warehouse, high-rise, or complex property projects.

Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
