Job summary

PT Graha Layar Prima is seeking a diligent Civil Engineer or project coordinator to join our team in Jakarta. The candidate will coordinate activities, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of assigned projects with strong cost control.

The role requires a minimum bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, 2+ years of project experience (retail preferred), proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, and excellent communication in English and Bahasa.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in handling various projects, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Capable of creating detailed project schedules and accurate budget estimations.
• Experienced in monitoring project progress and financials.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, understand all phases of construction, and apply appropriate execution methods.
• Strong in communication (English and Bahasa) both verbal & written
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities, resources, equipment, and information related to assigned projects.
• Liaise with landlords and relevant stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, timelines, schedules, and budgets (BoQ/Cost Estimation).
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of each project, implementing changes or adaptations as necessary to ensure smooth execution.
• Plan and organize all necessary activities to ensure project implementation aligns with set objectives and targets.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate ongoing projects to achieve expected quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create and manage comprehensive project documentation, including weekly and monthly progress reports.
