Job summary

Arkadia Works seeks an Interior Fit Out Project Manager with a Bachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design and at least 3 years in interior construction projects. You will prepare detailed BoQ, oversee projects from start to finish, coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors, and ensure timelines and budgets are met.

Candidates should be proficient in English, well organized, with strong reporting, leadership, and teamwork abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture & interior construction projects
• Ability to produce detailed BoQ (Bill of Quantities)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Create BoQ for interior projects with accurate material and cost estimation

Job description

Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) of Architecture or Interior Design from reputable university.

Minimum 3 years of experiences in the field of architecture & interior construction project.

Quality & initiative minded to achieve all deadlines

Having capacity to produce detailed Bill of Quantity (BQ) is a must.

Proficiency in spoken and written English

Demonstrate leadership and teamwork ability.

Mature and excellent communication skill.

Well organized and excellent reporting skills.

Detail oriented.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for creating the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for interior projects, ensuring accurate estimation of materials and costs required for the successful completion of the project.

Responsible for managing the interior construction project from start to end.

Coordinate with project stakeholders such as clients, designers, subcontractors, etc.

Responsible to keep within the timescale and budget of a project.

Responsible to manage any delays or problems encountered on site.

Managing the QA, QC, and HSE of work carried out.
