Job summary

CV. BETA DAMAI SEJAHTERA is seeking an Interior Designer focused on client engagement, design development, and project coordination.

You will conduct client meetings to understand needs and objectives, translating them into interior design solutions and managing the full design process from concept through production. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, plus the ability to produce 2D/3D visualizations and mood boards, conduct site visits, and guide interns.

Qualifications

• Ability to create 2D, 3D visualizations and mood boards.
• Ability to conduct site visits and perform accurate field measurements.
• Experience with AI rendering.
• Understanding of materials, design principles, composition, proportion, color, and lighting.
• Communicative and able to present design concepts to clients.
• Able to guide intern students.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings to understand needs, objectives, and goals, and translate them into desired interior designs.
• Develop and present design proposals, 2D and 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material/furniture samples to communicate concepts.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, perform accurate measurements, and evaluate existing conditions.
• Provide guidance to intern students.
• Conduct meetings with drafters, project coordinators, and production heads before working drawings enter production.
• Respond to incoming chat messages on company WhatsApp as sales admin.
• Conduct kick-off meetings with prospective clients.
• Create design proposals based on kick-off meeting results with prospective clients.

About you
