Job summary

PT Indonesia Teknologi Baru is seeking a Project Manager MEP to lead mechanical, electrical and plumbing initiatives from start to handover, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and technical standards are consistently met.

You will coordinate field teams, review drawings and shop drawings, manage subcontractors and vendors, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to avoid delays while maintaining cost control and compliance with all specifications.

Job description

As Project Manager MEP, you will be responsible for ensuring all project work runs according to scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and technical standards that have been established. You will lead and manage the overall implementation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) projects from the initial stage through to project handover.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall implementation of MEP projects from initial stage to handover

Prepare and control project schedule, work progress, manpower, material, and project requirements

Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing work, including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

Ensure field work complies with drawings, BOQ, specifications, method statements, and technical standards

Supervise and coordinate Site Manager, Supervisor, Engineer, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors

Monitor work progress and take corrective action if there are delays or project obstacles

Control the use of material, equipment, manpower, and costs to align with project budget

Coordinate with Owner, Consultant, Contractor, Vendor, Subcontractor, and other related parties

Review drawings, material approvals, shop drawings, method statements, and other technical documents

Ensure work meets established standards
