Job summary

Intikom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT initiatives from planning to delivery. You will bridge clients, internal teams, vendors, and management to ensure projects finish on time, within scope, and on budget.

Lead planning, execution, and monitoring across multi-disciplinary teams, manage risks, and optimize resources while communicating progress to stakeholders for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in IT.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline tracking.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.
• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
