Job summary

PT Silkar National is seeking an experienced Corporate Project Coordinator to support the Project Director in overseeing and coordinating project execution across the company. You will ensure projects meet schedule, cost, quality, safety, cash flow, and overall performance.

You will monitor performance, identify risks, implement PM standards, and prepare executive summaries for management. Willing to travel to project sites and be placed in Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in construction and project management with proven leadership roles.
• Experience as PM / Construction Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project performance against schedule, budget, cost, progress, quality, HSE, and cash flow targets.
• Identify and escalate critical project risks, commercial issues, resource constraints, and execution problems to the Project Director and Management.
• Ensure consistent implementation of project management procedures, systems, standards, and corporate policies across projects.
• Conduct regular project performance reviews with Project Managers and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare consolidated project performance reports, management reports, and executive summaries for the Project Director and Management.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Corporate Project Coordinator to support the Project Director in overseeing and coordinating project execution across the company. This position plays a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with the company's targets for schedule, cost, quality, safety, cash flow, and overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project performance against approved schedule, budget, cost, progress, quality, HSE, and cash flow targets.
• Identify and escalation critical project risks, commercial issues, resource constraints, and execution problems to the Project Director and Management

Job Requirements

Education

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, A Master's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in construction and project management with proven experience as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Control Manager, Project Management Manager.
• Experience in overseeing multiple projects and/or leading Project Managers is highly preferred.
• Strong exposure to large-scale or complex construction projects is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end project management and construction execution.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of project cash flow, procurement, subcontract management, contract administration, risk identification and resource planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, or other Project Management Software
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to provide direction, challenge decisions, and drive corrective actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a dynamic project environment.

4. Placement
Willing to travel to project sites when required.
