Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of proven project management experience in engineering or electrical projects.
• Experience in managing electrical or industrial projects.
• Ability to manage project schedules, costs, and progress.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment and systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, with familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and significant budgetary responsibility.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in cost and schedule management, with experience in financial forecasting and budget control.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional project management certification (such as PMP or PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Experience in electrical or power generation projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and oversee engineering and electrical projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project scope, timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and client requirements.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, technicians, contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting to stakeholders, clients and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage project costs and financial performance, including procurement and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients, contractors and internal departments.
• Prepare project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates and final project handover documentation.
