Job summary

ORIX Indonesia Finance is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT project governance and delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will define frameworks, oversee the project portfolio, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The role requires leadership, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in PMBOK/PRINCE2/Agile, with hands-on experience using MS Project, Jira, and Trello.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, PRINCE2, and Agile.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Trello.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement project management frameworks, templates, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee IT project portfolio, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track KPIs for project success (scope, time, cost, quality).
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate resolution of escalated issues.
• Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators.
• Foster collaboration between IT and business units.
• Introduce tools and techniques for better project visibility and efficiency.
• Promote agile and hybrid methodologies where applicable.
