Job summary

PT Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri mencari QA tester untuk melakukan pengujian manual pada aplikasi web, mobile, dan backend. Anda akan membuat test cases, menjalankan skenario, serta melaporkan bug dengan alat manajemen defect.

Peran ini kolaboratif dengan tim pengembang untuk mereproduksi isu dan memastikan kualitas sebelum rilis. Posisi ini bersifat kontrak 3 bulan dengan peluang perpanjangan, bekerja secara on-site di Jakarta Pusat.

Qualifications

• Lulusan S1 IT/Ilmu Komputer diutamakan.
• Pengalaman praktis QA minimal 6 bulan melalui magang atau pekerjaan.
• Pemahaman SDLC/STLC dasar dan testing manual untuk web/mobile.
• Berpengalaman membuat test cases, skenario, dan bug reports.
• Familiar dengan Jira, TestRail, Postman atau alat serupa.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan manual testing untuk aplikasi web, mobile, atau backend.
• Menulis dan menjalankan test cases, skenario, serta script test berdasarkan kebutuhan bisnis.
• Identifikasi, dokumentasikan, dan lacak bug menggunakan alat manajemen defect.
• Bekerja sama dengan developer untuk mereproduksi dan menyelesaikan isu.
• Melakukan pengujian fungsional, regresi, integrasi, dan UAT.
• Memastikan aplikasi memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis dan teknis sebelum rilis.
• Menyiapkan dokumentasi testing dan laporan pengujian.
• Dukung validasi deployment dan verifikasi pasca rilis.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Perform manual testing for web, mobile, or backend applications.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs or issues using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers and related teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Ensure applications meet business and technical requirements before release.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
• Prepare testing documentation and testing reports.
• Support deployment validation and post-release verification activities.
• Maintain testing standards and contribute to continuous process improvement.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of practical experience in Software Quality Assurance through internship or professional work.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience in manual testing for web and/or mobile applications.
• Familiar with creating test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
• Experience using testing and project management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of API testing and database queries is an advantage.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
• Willing to work under an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
