Job summary

PT Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri (AMARTEK) tengah mencari Engineer QA berpengalaman untuk menguji perangkat lunak secara menyeluruh di lingkungan on-site Central Jakarta. kandidat akan merancang rencana tes, mengeksekusi kasus uji, dan menyusun laporan kualitas produk secara menyeluruh, termasuk tes manual dan otomatis menggunakan Selenium/Cypress/Appium serta Postman.

Kolaborasi erat dengan tim Pengembang, PM, dan Desainer diperlukan.

Qualifications

• Minimal 5+ tahun pengalaman QA/Software Testing.
• Menguasai metodologi pengujian fungsional, regresi, integrasi, dan performa.
• Salah satu pengalaman membuat & menjalankan rencana pengujian, test case, dan laporan.
• Pengalaman testing manual maupun otomatis.
• Menguasai alat otomasi seperti Selenium, Cypress, Appium.
• Pengalaman API testing dengan Postman.
• Keterampilan menggunakan Jira untuk bug tracking & manajemen proyek.
• Memahami CI/CD dan lingkungan Agile.
• Berpikir analitis, teliti, serta kemampuan pemecahan masalah.
• Dapat berkolaborasi dengan Developer, Product Manager, dan Designer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test reports based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to identify and prevent potential issues.
• Design and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on bugs using Jira or similar tools.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Designers to ensure product quality and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Participate in an Agile development environment, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support testing activities within CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve product quality.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or related roles


• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing


• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test reports


• Experience with manual and automated testing


• Familiar with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium


• Experience working with API testing tools such as Postman


• Familiar with bug tracking and project management tools like Jira


• Understanding of CI/CD processes and testing in Agile development environments


• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure product quality
