AMARTEK sedang mencari Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect berpengalaman untuk merancang arsitektur solusi lintas domain di Jakarta. Peran ini mencakup arsitektur aplikasi, integrasi, data, cloud, dan keamanan, dengan kolaborasi erat bersama tim bisnis serta rekayasa untuk implementasi yang berhasil.

Anda akan memimpin desain arsitektur, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip arsitektur perusahaan, dan menilai opsi teknologi untuk solusi yang skalabel, aman, dan berkelanjutan di lingkungan

Qualifications

• 8–15 tahun pengalaman TI profesional dengan latar belakang enterprise technology dan desain solusi.
• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Solution Architect atau Enterprise Architect.
• Pemahaman arsitektur aplikasi, integrasi, data, cloud, dan keamanan.

Responsibilities

• Mendesain dan mengembangkan arsitektur solusi end-to-end sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.
• Menetapkan arsitektur aplikasi, integrasi, data, cloud, dan keamanan.
• Mengubah persyaratan bisnis dan teknis menjadi solusi yang skalabel dan aman.
• Bekerja dengan pemangku kepentingan, tim engineering, produk, dan tim teknis lain.
• Menjaga standar arsitektur, praktik terbaik, dan pedoman teknis.
• Menganalisis opsi teknologi dan merekomendasikan solusi berkelanjutan.
• Memberikan kepemimpinan teknis sepanjang SDLC dari desain hingga implementasi.
• Mengidentifikasi risiko teknis, dependensi, dan peluang perbaikan antar sistem.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Design and develop end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business requirements and organizational technology strategies.
• Define and oversee Application Architecture, Integration Architecture, Data Architecture, Cloud Architecture, and Security Architecture.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technology solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product managers, and other technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Establish architectural standards, best practices, and technical guidelines across projects.
• Evaluate technology options and recommend solutions that support scalability, performance, security, and long-term business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, from solution design to implementation.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement across enterprise systems.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture principles and security standards.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• 8–15 years of professional IT experience, with a strong background in enterprise technology and solution design.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing:
• Application Architecture
• Integration Architecture
• Data Architecture
• Cloud Architecture
• Security Architecture
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, system integration patterns, and scalable solution design.
• Experience working on complex, enterprise-scale IT projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AWS and large-scale enterprise projects is a strong advantage.
