Job description

What you’ll do:

• Implement all the awarded projects.
• Manage all the budget and schedule of the project and ensure all is within the scope and contract schedule.
• Manage all third parties involved in a project.
• Exercise a solution for all the difficulties in the project activities.
• Collaborate with the solution team to work on any dissipate in the scope of project.
• Monitor all the project works and ensure all the quality is within the acceptance based on the company standard.
• To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
  • Implement the process approach and risk‑based thinking.
  • Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS.
  • Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements.
  • Ensuring the QMS meets its goals.
  • Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or any other Engineering.
• Minimum 8+ years of Electrical Switchboard, UPS, and Modular Prefabricated Power Train Units / E‑house project management experience.
• Hands‑on experience in Power Distribution (switchboard) and Power Quality products (UPS), ideally starting as a service engineer.
• Knowledge of various electrical engineering systems across industries such as data centers, commercial, mining, and utilities.
• Familiarity with switchboard / panel builder manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with IEC 61439 and IEC 62271 standards.
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience in switchboard and UPS testing, commissioning, and service activities is an advantage.
• Experience managing Prefabricated Power Train Units, including system configuration, structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC design.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and use AutoCAD.
