Job summary

Arkhadaya Energy is seeking a senior Electrical/Power engineer to lead and supervise engineering and design activities for EPC projects in Jakarta. You will develop technically sound solutions, ensure compliance with national and international standards, and drive collaboration with project management, clients, and partners.

The role requires 9+ years in EPC settings, team leadership, and proven experience across Survey, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Power Engineering with 9+ years in mid-senior EPC roles.
• Experience leading teams of 2+ and coordinating projects across phases.
• Familiarity with national and international electrical standards.
• Experience in Solar PV projects and EPC/Contractor environments.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and review Engineering & Design processes.
• Develop solutions based on technical requirements and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead technical discussions and presentations with PM, clients, and third parties.
• Participate in long-term R&D strategy with founders and executives.

Job description

• Manage, Supervise, and Review of Engineering & Design process
• Develop solutions based on Technical Requirements
• Ensure compliance to national / international technical standards
• Technical Discussions & Presentations with Project Management Leader, Clients and other third parties
• Participating in long-term Research and Development Strategy with Founders and Executives
• Create, evaluate, and ensure proper implementation of company internal policies
• Organize operational culture / habit to ensure high performance standards from all employees, which includes upholding teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive result, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Electrical / Power Engineering
• Minimum 9 years of related work experience, or 7 years if you have Master Degree
• EPC & Field Experience is a must
• Must have participated in all phases of a Construction Project, including Survey, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning
• Team leading / managerial experience is a must, minimal 2 years with 2 or more subordinates
• Familiarity with national / international electrical standards
• Electrical Engineering experience is a must :

- Must have experience in Power / LV / MV / Secondary / General Electrical Engineering

• Fluent in English (if any TOEFL score >500 / equivalent)

- Able to Positioning either Professional and Casual Relation with subordinates

- Neat and orderly in reporting, both verbal and written

• Worked in an electrical-heavy national/multinational EPC / Contractor.
