Job summary

A leading electrical solutions company in Indonesia is looking for a Project Manager with over 8 years of experience in managing Electrical Switchboard or UPS projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing project implementation, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality management standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and have hands-on experience in power distribution. Knowledge of IEC standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in Electrical Switchboard or UPS.

Responsibilities

• Manage project implementation and services within Indonesia.
• Oversee budget and schedules, ensuring adherence to scope and contracts.
• Manage third parties involved in projects.
• Collaborate with solution teams to address project challenges.
• Implement and sustain the Quality Management System.

Skills

Hands-on experience in Power distribution

Knowledge of various electrical systems

Familiar with switchboard/panel manufacturing processes

Familiar with IEC 61439, IEC 62271

Experience in switchboard & UPS testing and commissioning

Education

Job description

What you’ll do:

• The primary function of the job is managing all the project implementation and services within the country.
• Implement all the awarded projects.
• Manage all the budget and schedule of the project and ensure all is within the scope ad contract schedule.
• Manage all third parties involve in a project.
• Exercise a solution all the difficulties in the project activities
• Collaborate with solution team to work on any dissipate in the scope of project.
• Monitor all the project works and ensure all the quality is within the acceptance based on the company standard.
• To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
  • a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
  • b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
  • c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
  • d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
  • e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
  • f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Industrial Engineering or any other Engineering
• Min 8+ years of Electrical Switchboard or UPS Project management experience

Skills:

• A. Hands on experience on Power distribution (Switchboard), Power quality product (UPS), proven by being a service engineer at the first time of the career
• B. Knowledge of various system in electrical engineering in broad range of Industry: datacenter, commercial, mining, utility, etc.
• C. Familiar with switchboard / panel builder manufacturing process
• D. Familiar with IEC 61439, IEC 62271
• E. Switchboard & UPS testing & commissioning, service activities knowledge, hands on experience is a plus point
