Job summary

Erajaya Active Lifestyle in Jakarta is seeking a proactive Project Management Officer to support channel development initiatives. You will assist in planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring project quality across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires strong data management skills using Excel, Macro, and Power BI, plus excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Placement is at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta, with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Candidates with educational background in Engineering (Industrial) or related fields preferred.
• At least 2 years of working experience as Project Management Officer.
• Experience in handling projects related to channel development.
• Strong data management using Excel, Macro and Power BI.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work under pressure.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing with project owner regularly to check project progress.
• Providing support for the project to ensure quality.
• Create and Manage Project Plans.
• Lead process of issue identification and resolution.
• Prepare letters/memos/Purchase Requests/Invoices for all Channel Development activities.
• Prepare reports for direct superiors on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Perform data updates for specific periods.
• Conduct and review data entry to ensure completeness.
• Control construction work by coordinating with PICs to ensure SLA/timeline compliance.
• Check SLA process from initiation to store opening via PIC checks.

Job description

• Reviewing with project owner regularly to check the project progress
• Providing support for the project to ensure the quality of the project
• Create and Manage Project Plans
• Lead process of issue identification and resolution
• Prepare letters/memos/Purchase Requests/Invoices related to all Channel Development activities, both for external and internal parties.
• Prepare reports to be submitted to direct superiors on a regular basis, i.e., daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Perform data updates for specific periods
• Conduct and review data entry to ensure completeness
• Control construction work by coordinating with relevant PICs to ensure compliance with the specified SLA/Timeline
• Check the SLA process from the beginning to the store opening through PIC checks (SITAC, OE, Purchasing, Project, Design, QC, Legal, GA, Mall)

Requirements:

• Candidates with educational background in Engineering (Industrial), Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields are preferred
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field as Project Management Officer
• Experience in handling project related to channel development
• Strong exposure in data management by using Microsoft Excel, Macro, and Power BI
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & able to work under pressure
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
