Job summary

Careerwebsite is seeking a proactive Channel Development Coordinator in Jakarta to support internal and external stakeholders with documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks. You will prepare letters, memos, and purchase requests, maintain filing systems, and coordinate with multiple PICs and mall teams to ensure SLA adherence and timely project progress.

You will also generate daily to monthly reports, perform data updates, and help ensure data accuracy across the Channel Development

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree from any major.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of project management processes and administrative support functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare letters, memos, Purchase Requests, invoices, and other related documents to support Channel Development activities for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the direct supervisor.
• Perform periodic data updates to ensure the accuracy and relevance of Channel Development information.
• Maintain and review documentation and filing systems to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Monitor construction activities by coordinating with relevant PICs to ensure all activities are completed according to the established SLA and project timeline.
• Monitor and verify the SLA process from the initial stage through store opening by coordinating and following up with relevant PICs, including SITAC, OE, Purchasing, Project, Design, QC, Legal, GA, and Mall teams.
