Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking a Continuous Improvement PMO to analyze store performance, refine product positioning, and track sales objectives across weekly to annual cycles.

You will coordinate with Product Management on promotion plans and coach Sales Associates in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of CI/PMO experience, strong analytical and math skills, fluency in English, and proven retail industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Proven minimum 4-5 years experience as a Continuous Improvement PMO.
• Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics.
• Proficiency in English is a must (written & oral).
• Experienced from Retail industry especially Retail Electronic or FMCG industry.
• Tech Savvy (up to date with current gadget trend or HP accessories).
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical thinking & good Problem-solving attitude, negotiation & relationship management with channels.
• Willing to travel.
• Willing to work in West Jakarta Office (full WFO).

Responsibilities
