Job summary

PT Link Net Tbk is offering an on-site internship opportunity in Cyberpark, Karawaci for final-year students or fresh graduates in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields. You will record MoMs, track action items, and support project reporting while developing time-management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and good English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or Fresh Graduate (D4/S1).
• Majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Record and compile Minutes of Meeting (MoM) from project discussions.
• Follow up on action items and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage project meetings and stakeholder alignments.
• Prepare and maintain project timelines to track progress and milestones.
• Document project constraints, risks, and key updates.
• Assist in preparing project reports and progress updates for management.
