Kopi Kenangan is hiring an Account Payable (AP) Staff (Fresh Graduate) in Jakarta. You will verify invoices, support payment scheduling, and enter daily expenses into the accounting system. You will also verify vendor statements and help prepare tax documents for audits.

We value detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individuals who communicate well with vendors and internal teams. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with training provided as needed.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and verify invoices to ensure PO and DO are complete.
• Assist in preparing payment schedules to ensure on-time bills.
• Input daily expense records and transactions into the accounting system accurately.
• Double-check vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and organize Tax Invoices and withholding taxes (PPh).
• Maintain audit-ready filing for POs and receipts.

Account Payable (AP) Staff (Fresh Graduate)

• Receive and verify invoices from vendors to ensure PO and Delivery Orders are complete
• Assist in preparing payment schedules to ensure all bills are paid on time
• Input daily expense records and transaction data into the accounting system accurately
• Double-check vendor statements against internal records to resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and organize documents related to Tax Invoices and withholding taxes (PPh)
• Maintain a neat filing system for all purchase orders and receipts for audit readiness
• Support the Finance team with administrative tasks during the month-end closing process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Fresh Graduates are very welcome!)
• Solid understanding of basic accounting (especially Journals, Expenses, and Debits/Credits).
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax (especially PPh 23/21 for vendor payments) is a huge plus!
• High attention to detail, organized, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
• Professional yet friendly communication for coordinating with our vendors and internal teams.
