Job summary

PT Aroma prima livindo mencari staf admin keuangan untuk menangani pembayaran KOL/influencer. Tugas mencakup verifikasi faktur, dokumen pendukung, serta pencatatan transaksi ke sistem akuntansi.

Posisi ini memerlukan lulusan baru di bidang Akuntansi, dengan pengalaman di Admin Marketing atau KOL/affiliate diutamakan. Penempatan di Greenlake City, Tangerang; wawancara akan dilakukan secara offline di kantor.

• Freshgraduate in Accounting
• Pengalaman di Admin Marketing, KOL/affiliate untuk pembayaran diutamakan
• Aktif, kreatif, teliti

Responsibilities

• Melakukan proses administrasi terkait pembayaran KOL, influencer, dan creator
• Memverifikasi faktur KOL, permintaan pembayaran, kontrak, dan dokumen pendukung
• Memastikan permintaan pembayaran lengkap, akurat, dan disetujui
• Mencatat transaksi terkait KOL ke dalam sistem akuntansi
• Menyusun dan memelihara jurnal terkait pengeluaran KOL/influencer
• Mempersiapkan dokumen pendukung untuk keperluan pajak dan akuntansi
• Menyusun laporan harian/mingguan/bulanan terkait transaksi KOL
• Koordinasi dengan tim AP Finance dan Pajak terkait withholding tax

Job description

Help to handle administrative processes related to KOL, influencer, and creator payments.

Verify KOL invoices, payment requests, contracts, and supporting documents.

Ensure payment requests are complete, accurate, and properly approved.

Record KOL-related transactions into the accounting system accurately and on time.

Prepare and maintain journals related to KOL/influencer expenses.

Prepare and collect supporting documents required for tax and accounting purposes.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to KOL transactions and payments.

Prepare periodic reports related to KOL expenses and payment status.

Coordinate with Finance AP team and Tax regarding applicable withholding tax and tax documentation.

Track outstanding payment requests and follow up on pending documents or approvals.

Prepare periodic reports related to KOL expenses and payment status.

Qualifications :

Freshgraduate in Accounting, experience in Admin Marketing. KOL, Affiliate for payment.

active, creative, detail-oriented.

can join as soon as possible and willing to be placed in Greenlake city, Tangerang.

Note : Interview will be proccessed in Offline (onsite) at Office.
