Job summary

Avery Dennison Indonesia is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Leader to manage planning, logistics, inventory and procurement. You will lead regional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure on-time product delivery while optimizing cost and service levels.

Key responsibilities include regional strategy, staff development, and coordination with commercial teams to meet sales goals; you will implement efficiency improvements and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years operational experience with team leadership preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for daily operational needs and team improvement.
• Skilled in scheduling and planning, budgeting and control; knowledge of systems.
• Experience designing and implementing operation improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory and services.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a diverse team and lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Familiarity with ELS Operating Principles and strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, drive and control planning activities – demand planning & PPC.
• Drive logistics cost optimization through related activities.
• Improve planning and logistics processes.
• Lead and support NPI projects related to Supply Chain.
• Lead project management, materials management, and logistics management.
• Maintain high service performance for product delivery.
• Set parameters for stock levels, processes and control mechanisms.
• Oversee global freight forwarding for optimum service at lowest cost.
• Review operating procedures for effectiveness and compliance with regulations.

• Communicate supply chain issues proactively and offer alternatives.
• Partner with commercials to achieve sales goals.

• Local procurement management including sourcing, negotiation and purchasing.

• Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to resolve problems to meet long-range goals and objectives.
