Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 1–3 years in manufacturing.
• Ability to write and speak English fluently.
• Experience in machine commissioning and installation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D and M&E coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor machine installation activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Manage mechanical and electrical installation (M&E) works, ensuring proper installation of equipment, utilities, and supporting systems.
• Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Cost standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to support smooth project implementation.
• Achieve project milestones and overall delivery in line with approved schedules.
• Ensure all installation and commissioning activities comply with HSE requirements, company standards, and local regulations.
• Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with Quality standards and engineering best practices.
• Control project costs and minimize rework through proper planning, coordination, and technical review.
• Participate in risk assessments, safety audits, and method statement reviews.

Responsibilities:

Ingredients you will need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor degree with minimum 1 - 3 year experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage diverse group and influence,
• Able to write and speak English
• Able to operate Auto Cad 2D and 3D
• Detail knowledge of mechanical and electrical especially when doing machine commissioning and installation
