Job summary

PT Arnott's Indonesia is seeking a Project Engineer for a 12-month contractual role based in Bekasi. You will supervise machine installation activities, manage M&E works, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

You will coordinate with internal teams and contractors, monitor safety, quality and cost controls, and support commissioning activities in a manufacturing environment. The role requires a bachelor degree and English communication skills, with 1-3 years of experience in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering and 1–3 years in manufacturing.
Ability to write and speak English fluently.
Experience in machine commissioning and installation.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D and M&E coordination.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor machine installation activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Manage mechanical and electrical installation (M&E) works, ensuring proper installation of equipment, utilities, and supporting systems.
Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Cost standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to support smooth project implementation.
Achieve project milestones and overall delivery in line with approved schedules.
Ensure all installation and commissioning activities comply with HSE requirements, company standards, and local regulations.
Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with Quality standards and engineering best practices.
Control project costs and minimize rework through proper planning, coordination, and technical review.
Participate in risk assessments, safety audits, and method statement reviews.
