Job summary

SONNE, a high-end construction brand specializing in aluminium doors and windows for luxury hotels and residences, is seeking a Project Coordinator to streamline cross-department collaboration and ensure on-time project delivery to customers.

You will serve as the primary contact between Sales, Marketing, Admin, Project, Drafter, Fabrication, Purchasing, and Warehouse while coordinating deadlines, site surveys, and installations to uphold quality and client satisfaction across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project timeline, production, and shipping
• Calculate budget cost per project and verify actual costs against estimates
• Coordinate scheduling for goods checks, surveys, drafting, and installation
• Ensure coordination and clear resolution of all issues
• Manage coordination and partnerships with key architects and contractors
• Ensure material requirements are identified with Fabrication and Warehouse teams and remind purchasing team for procurement
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock audits
• Verify completeness of all documents for production processes
• Ensure teams execute tasks according to SOP, task lists, and deadlines

Job description
