Project Workflow Coordinator - Architectural Lighting Solutions

XY Illumination is an architectural lighting solutions company supplying carefully selected lighting products for residential, hospitality, and commercial construction projects across Indonesia.

We support both premium architectural projects and larger-scale developments, working closely with architects, interior and lighting designers, consultants, contractors, and project owners to deliver the right lighting solutions for each project.

We are looking for a strong Project Workflow Coordinator to manage our internal project follow-up system.

You will keep lighting projects organized, track deadlines, follow up with team members, and make sure tasks move forward across sales, design, quotation, and procurement.

This is not a basic admin role. We need someone proactive, structured, and confident in chasing updates.
