Job summary

PT Samudra Dyan Praga, an exhibition contractor based in Indonesia, seeks a Project Supervisor (Production & Operations) to lead on-site exhibition and interior installations. You will translate design plans into physical reality, planning and controlling field operations to deliver high-quality setups.

With a Civil Engineering or Architecture background, you will read AutoCAD/SketchUp drawings, coordinate with production, operations and design teams, and deploy to multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture must be completed.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
• Solid knowledge of interior design and exhibition construction.
• Active, clear, and assertive communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to be deployed to various exhibition venues.
• Highly flexible with working hours, especially during project setups and installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end field management of exhibition projects: plan, organize, execute, and control on-site operations.
• Ensure all installations are carried out effectively within time and quality constraints.
• Read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp) to guide production and installation teams on-site.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and design departments to solve on-ground challenges quickly.
• Supervise on-site setup, managing time, materials, and manpower during irregular hours.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.

Job Description :

As a dedicated Project Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our on-site exhibition and interior installations. You will take charge of the operational field work—planning, organizing, executing, and controlling projects to ensure they run flawlessly from the ground up. This is an exciting, hands‑on role perfect for highly flexible, energetic individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments. By leveraging your technical background in civil engineering or architecture, you will translate design plans into physical reality, ensuring every booth and exhibition setup is delivered effectively, efficiently, and up to our high-quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) strictly in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!

Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

Solid product knowledge regarding interior design and exhibition construction

Active, clear, and assertive communication skills

High mobility: Willingness to be deployed directly to various exhibition venues

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end field management of exhibition projects: meticulously plan, organize, execute, and control on-site operations.

Ensure all project installations are carried out effectively, efficiently, and meet strict quality and time constraints.

Read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp) to guide the production and installation teams accurately on-site.

Coordinate seamlessly with the production, operations, and design departments to solve on-ground challenges quickly.

Supervise the physical setup at exhibition venues, managing time, materials, and manpower effectively during flexible and often irregular installation hours.

Maintain active and clear communication with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Main Target:

The main target of this role is to execute of our exhibition and interior construction projects on-time. Your ultimate goal is to lead on-site operations efficiently, translating technical design plans into high-quality physical setups while managing field resources effectively to ensure every project is built perfectly and safely.
