PT Central Global (PTCG) in Batam seeks a detail-oriented Project Administrator to manage project documents, assist the Project Manager, and coordinate with subcontractors. If you are organized, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and willing to visit sites, this role offers hands-on exposure to factory fit-out, civil works, HVAC and MEP projects in Batam's Free Trade Zone.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training is provided.

Formación

• S1 degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Architecture as listed.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English both spoken and written.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and email applications.
• Strong organizational and deadline-oriented skills.
• Willingness to visit project sites when required.
• Based in Batam or willing to relocate; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Experience in construction, MEP, or factory projects is a plus; FTZ knowledge is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage project documents: contracts, quotations, POs, variation orders, minutes.
• Support the Project Manager with daily and weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on schedules, deliveries, and paperwork.
• Help prepare permit and customs documents for materials and equipment.
• Track project costs, invoices, and payment claims.
• Communicate with clients, including Mandarin-speaking clients, and keep files organized.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and manage project documents: contracts, quotations, purchase orders, variation orders, and meeting minutes

Support the Project Manager with daily and weekly progress reports

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on schedules, deliveries, and paperwork

Help prepare permit and customs documents (BP Batam, PPFTZ) for materials and equipment

Track project costs, invoices, and payment claims

Communicate with clients, including Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers

Keep project files organized, both digital and hard copy

About you

S1 (Bachelor's degree) in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Architecture

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written

Good with Excel, Word, and email

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Willing to visit project sites when needed

Based in Batam, or willing to relocate

Mandarin (spoken and written) – strong advantage

Experience in construction, MEP, or factory projects – strong advantage

Knowledge of FTZ customs procedures – strong advantage
