Job summary

Nexwave Technologies is a premier regional provider of network engineering services and telecommunications products, with a focus on delivering GSM, GPRS, CDMA, and 3G/UMTS networks across Asia-Pacific. The role involves end-to-end project administration, tender coordination, and document control from submission to close-out.

A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience are preferred, with strong Excel skills and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with spreadsheet formulas and data management.
• Personal laptop for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project administration and document control, from tender submission through project execution and close-out.
• Coordinate the preparation, submission, and tracking of tender, commercial, and project documentation in accordance with client and company requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, project management, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, transmittals, and correspondence while maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records.
• Support pre-sales activities by coordinating tender documentation, quotations, and proposal submissions.
• Prepare, review, and maintain bid documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.
