Job summary

PT Mega Akses Persada (FiberStar) invites applications for an NMS Engineer role in Jakarta Rstel. The candidate will administer and support multi-vendor NMS platforms across multi-technology telecom networks, manage NMS infrastructure, and monitor databases to ensure performance and availability.

You will participate in HLD/LLD reviews, system upgrades, migrations, and project implementations, while ensuring security standards and coordinating vulnerability remediation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an NMS Engineer/NOC System Engineer/System Administrator or related role.
• Experience deploying and managing NMS from multi-vendor environments (Huawei, ZTE, SolarWinds, etc.).
• Familiar with virtualization platforms such as VMware, OpenStack, and Huawei FusionSphere.
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage systems, and Linux/Windows administration.
• Experienced in Oracle, SQL, and database administration.
• Understanding of network monitoring, system security, and service availability.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
