Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication or Management is required.
• Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• ICT literacy is required.
• English proficiency preferred with experience in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations and provide consultations to prospective parents about MNS programs, facilities, and advantages.
• Answer prospective parents' questions through existing communication platforms.
• Foster relationships with existing and prospective parents to create referrals.
• Build relationships with external organizations to increase school visibility and enrollment.
• Collaborate with companies, institutions, and community groups to organize programs and activities.

• Build relationships with external organizations to create strategic partnerships that increase school visibility and student enrollment.
• Collaborate with companies, institutions, and community groups to organize mutually beneficial programs and activities.
• Coordinate events such as trial classes, open houses, education fairs, and other community activities to attract prospective students and parents.
• Manage marketing and promotional activities to achieve the school's new student enrollment targets.
• Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors or unit leaders to support smooth operations and organizational sustainability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Management.
• Have good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• ICT literate.
• Candidate with English Proficiency and experienced in Educational scope of work are preferred.
• Willing to be hired as Professional Contract Based (Contractual).
