KG Media—Multimedia Nusantara School is seeking a Parent Relations professional to handle complaints, facilitate communication between parents and the Academic and Operations teams, and monitor parental feedback to maintain satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations, Management, Education, or another relevant discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in Parent Relations
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in planning and organizing events as well as community activities
