PT Kompas Gramedia Group melalui Multimedia Nusantara School membutuhkan Admission Officer untuk menjalankan rencana pemasaran guna mencapai target pendaftaran siswa TK dan SD serta memberikan layanan informasi kepada orang tua siswa.

Posisi ini menuntut keterampilan komunikasi, negosiasi, presentasi, serta mahir menggunakan CRM dan Excel/Google Sheets. Lulusan S1 dan pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai Admission Officer diperlukan; lokasi kerja on-site di Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an Admission Officer, preferably in education.
• Ability to manage documents and create student registration reports carefully.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage prospective parents.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in CRM software and database tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Tech-savvy.
• Persistent to achieve enrollment targets.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Admission Officers are responsible for executing marketing plans to obtain enrollment targets for preschool and primary school students at Multimedia Nusantara School determined by the organization and providing information services to students' parents.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an Admission Officer (experience in an educational setting is preferred).
• Ability to manage documents and create student registration reports carefully;
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build good relationships and make prospective parents interested in enrolling their children in MNS schools;
• Persistent to work to achieve student enrollment targets;
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and database management tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Tech-savvy
